Berlin Packaging announced the acquisition of Koropoulis Packaging SA. Koropoulis Packaging was founded in 1893 and is based in Athens. It has extensive local market knowledge, providing packaging solutions for the wine, spirits, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. In addition to expertise in stoppers, corks and glass packaging, the company provides bottling and capping machinery as well as technical support.
It is noted that this particular acquisition is the second completed by Berlin Packaging worldwide in 2023. According to the same announcement, all employees and facilities will be kept as they are.
